WCP aka Winners Choice Publications aka Consolidated Media Services aka CMS ripoff disturbing Bakersfield California
BEWARE:
Apparently, this company is sending out these postcards trying to get consumers to call this phone number. In my opinion, if this was a reputable company, which I doubt they are, they would have no problem stating the purpose of this "important news" they have for you. Also, if they were a reputable company, they would have no problem stating their full name, which by the way was Consolidated Media Services (CSM) and is now Winning Choice Publications (WCP), they are telemarketers trying to get you to buy magazines.
If you receive this postcard, please read the other posts about this company before calling the phone number. I was lucky enough to question it myself and decided to research the WCP before I called. It pulled this website up. I am glad I question everything. Below is an example of the postcard I received. I hope this has been helpful to you.

I visited the BBB to determine if there were any complaints against this company. The are not members of the BBB, but there is information regarding them. They appear to be in good standing, but there is an additional address and phone number other than that originally listed.
