I submitted a loan late August 2012, I have been told that the company is restructuring itself and still do not have a clear to close. I have been told different things from different individuals. The experience has been horrible, I have attorneys, realtors, buyers and sellers all over me....if you want to protect your integrity....do not even think about doing business with this Mortgage Bank....you will regret it severly
