i recived a charge on my credit card for $399.50 from some place called mansworld.wcspay.com. this was not anything i had charged so i whent to wcspay.com to see wat was up. this site is some kind of credit card service for online merchants. i checked to see what the 399.50 was from and they said it was from a site www.gx.com with a phone number of 1-866-416-5229.

the web site does not exist and so i tried calling the phone number, several times. when i finnaly got someone to answer a lady pulled up the charge of 399.50 but would not say what it was for or give me the name of thier company or even tell me what thier address was. she did say she was in champlain, ny and that cx.com was a customer of thiers and that the company she works for simply takes customer call for different merchants.

she explained that her boss, alex dunn, had told her earlyier that this gx.com was a new customer and that there was a computer glich that was charging peoples credit cards. she could or would not say anything elese. i asked to speak to alex dunn then and she said he was in a meeting and would be back in an hour. he never called.

the number is not listed and so there i was stuck, so i called my local police and gave them everything i had. a day later the ploice called me at home with alex dunn on a three way call.

alex claims he has been out of town for over a week, and that he has never heard of gx.com or the phone number 866-416-5229. wich is where the police officer left the message for alex to call back. he claims to never said anything to his employes about any computer glitch chargein credit cards.

he claims that the 399.50 is for medical insurance and that the only way he will charge a card is after getting verbal authorization from the persone wich is recorded. i asked him to provide such a recording since i never spoke to anyone at all. he said he would retrive the recording and play it back for the officer tomarrow. never called back.he also claims to never heard of wcspay.com.

now i still do not know what his company name really is if there really is one and have no idea how he gets paid from wcspay if he does not know who they are. its sound like this is a big ring between germany and canada, canada is where i think alex dunn is opperating from not champlain, ny.

so wcspay.com, gx.co, and this customer service center supposedly in champlain, ny are all theives beware

WCSPAY Uncovered

#2Consumer Suggestion

Tue, November 20, 2007

WCSPay is a merchant service for several online pharmacies from India as well as other online sites such as cigarette retailers.

Chances are most people who see a WCSPay.com charge on their credit card ordered Viagra, Propecia, pain killers or other stuff from an online pharmacy.

Getting a bit dusty in the stamina department, I had ordered some men's health pills (Viagra) from them, received the pills within the time frame they claimed and then saw a charge from WCSPay several days later.
I didn't remember what it was but figured it might be those Indian pharmacy guys.
Typed in wcspay.com in Google and their site came up. Looked at my receipt to verify and sure enough, it's them.

That's when I saw these complaints here on RipOffReport.com.

It appears many consumers complaining about WCSPAY charges either can't remember ordering their pills, tobacco or whatever... or are simply trying to get out of the charge.

Note: I'm not in any way affiliate with WCSPAY or any online pharmacy or other retail site, just a consumer who forgot, then remembered and now has to pay for what he ordered.
