Complaint Review: WCSS/ILD Teleservices Inc

I'm just another who thought I could believe the telemarketers. 5 cents and a $50 check sounded good to me! I made sure to ask about the fees that I would be charged by Verizon when the service was changed and ILD said they would cover that too, the switch wouldn't cost me anything. Now, two and a half months later, I receive a bill for $51.99 that doesn't even include the $10 that I paid to Verizon two months ago for switching. The bill should have been $9.50 according to the agreement I had with the telemarketer. I figure they still owe me $61.51 for the fees they said would be covered and the $50 check I will never get. I told them I will pay my part when they pay theirs.
