In MArch of 2002 we were contacted by the forementioned company and agreed to switch to them for our long distance carrier. The rate agreed upon was to be 6.9 cents per minute anywhere/anytime, along with a $50.00 cash bonus. We received our first bill on April 9th, 2002 and were surprised to find that we were billed 20 cents per minute instead of 6.9 cents.

We contacted WCSS and were assured that this was an oversight and that we would be credited for the difference and all future calls would be 6.9 cents per minute. The following month we again received our phone bill with serious over charges and again contacted the company, at this point we were again promised that everything would be cleared and that all future calls would be billed correctly.

The third month the same thing happened, at this time we contacted WCSS and cancelled our service (which resulted in losing the $50.00 check that was originally promised). We were again promised falsely that the bills would be cleared. To date (01/13/03) the charges still exist on our phone bill and every call to WCSS is the same false promise that the charges will be cleared.

We feel that 8 months is more than ample time to correct these issues, however, we have not been able to gain any satisfaction using the WCSS customer service department. All attempts to speak with management have been refused, with the promise that management will call us back at their convenience.
