WATCH OUT - These people are scam artists.

They misguide you the whole time - they automatically assume they are going to take over your property - you fork over some money for them to market the house and because there is no equity in the property.

You handle over them the money and later tell you oh, the house is not what it is worth and hand over less then what you gave them - Gave them $35000 and kept $16000 for fees. For what? How do you like that? For doing absolutely nothing.

They will not give me my money back.

I will be seeking legal counsel.

Michelle, Greg and Kevin speak to you real nice like they are your best friends.

Very unethical way to do business!

DISHONEST CUSTOMERS

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, May 17, 2010

This "Cheryl" of Lancaster Pennsylvania misled the company about her home's value.  Our company performed its own investigation into her situation including a separate appraisal prior to accepting her home into our program.  Unfortunately, "Cheryl" believed she could lie about the condition of her home and its value and convince us to accept her home into our investment program.  She was disqualified as a candidate for the program because our investigation discovered the truth about her real estate.  The company helped many families seeking to sell their homes; however, each family was required to meet the criteria required for participation.  It is unfortunate that "Cheryl" reacted the way that she did.  We hope that "Cheryl" will someday realize that dishonesty will not always result in gain.
