It’s nice to see you positive things to say about me. However I don’t have kind things to say about you. I never said I would black mail you. I am only stating the facts. On my first attempt Pankaj told me that I had two failed attempts. He tells me that I can assist him in bring clients to India and help them with their web sites. I said I will assist him and he agreed the next time would be free of charges and the fees would be waived. So I worked on developing websites and marketing for Pankaj and Dr. Indira for a full year. I brought a client named Ann and her Brother to do Surrogacy with Dr. Indira and Pankaj. Ann paid Pankaj 15,000.00 USD for a round of IVF and guess what happened to Ann? Nothing happened on baby nothing, same thing that happened to me. Pankaj told her in order for them to have another round of IVF they needed to pay him 15,000.00 more. This was very upsetting to me because Pankaj had only USED us. Then one week before I was to leave to come to India he called and told me I needed to pay 8,500.00. Please see email:

I am only posting this information to assist people and stop Pankaj and Dr. Indira from taking people’s money. To make matters even worse I contacted Leeds University in London and I found out Dr. Indira never went to school there. You can contact Leeds University and do a verification request. She said she attended and graduated in 1994 with IVF and Reproductive Medicine-MBBS Degree.
The nagligence on Dr. Indira Ganeshan is that she lied about her education and received money to perform a service for Surrogacy. The eggs never implanted and I was not able to have a child. Pankaj Nagpal and Dr. Indira Ganeshan are scam artist that stole money from me. I thought of Aaron King as a dear friend of mine before he did all this. and Why? I still want to understand it.
Aaron was one of our client for egg donor surrogacy under Dr. Indira Ganeshan. H e came to India about 1.5 - 2 years ago and started his journey for surrogacy. He was a very bright person and even took to advertising about We Care and Dr. Indira over the intertet [with his initial blog]. I told him that you can be our agent and we can give you some charges for every client you enroll with us.No agreement or contracts were signed.
In the next 1 year he took 2 attempt with the doctor but unfortunately boyj failed to bring a poritive pregnancy. I and Dr. Indira always make sure that each client understands that surrogacy is not a 100% procedure and some times you may not succeed initially and no body can for sure say why.
After a few months of the failure he called me again and spoke about doing another attempt with 2 surrogates. He also requested for discounts. I spoke with Dr. Indira and offered him best rate possible over the emails. He agreed and started planning for coming to Delhi once again.
A week before his departure from the US I reminded him for the initial payment to the doctor [which a client is supposed to do while confirming surrogacy procedure]. He told me that he doesnt have the money now but would be able to bring it with him and pay the doctor in Delhi. Though, as a practice, we do not allow this, the doctor on my request allowed it.
He then came to Delhi, met me and the doctor, we even met at his hotel and all was fine. However, during his whole trip he kept saying I will pay tomorrow and at last he said that Pankaj, I will pay only when Dr. Indira gives me a positive pregnancy and after 2 -3 months I will come back once again and then pay her. In his words " She better give me a positive pregnancy"
This was a shock to me and Dr. Indira who immideiately stalled his surrogacy procedure. Though she had already incurred more that INR3,50,000 on his procedure [for surrogate, donor, medications etc.], she said that only when a client pays that she would be able to undertake the procedure.
I informed him over the phone this and requested him many times to pay her and continue the procedure but he said that he will black mail me and Dr. Indira and since then has been posting these kinds of comments all over the net.
This is a true story.
