Complaint Review: We Care Recycling LLC IL

I posted my resume online w/ Career Builders and was contacted from a Sales Manager named George Randle for an interview right before Christmas 2012.  A week after interview I received a welcome letter in my email box from Mr. Randle "welcoming" me to the company.  A couple days later I contacted him and he told me that the company was moving from Aurora to Schaumburg IL and that I would be starting out in the Inside Sales Dept. and not outside sales for a time.  He stated that the move would take approx. 2-3 weeks if not sooner but that he would keep me posted every week as to when the starting date would be.  He did that for the 1st week and then I had a heck of a time getting a hold of him for the duration of 2 more weeks.  Only after a few calls or emailing to him, I figured I would try texting and he responded.  He made up some excuses and reassured me I was still hired and that he would speak to owners brother named Frank to contact me and get me working in outside sales (as I was originally interested and hired for) um so I could get working and make a "paycheck" to continue paying my bills, as none of us who seek employment especially these days, obviously are not independently wealthy...  Frank-- Sales Manager (the owners so called brother) did call me and himmed and hawed and we discussed areas for me to start working in he said he would contact me the following week (Wednesday to be specific but would call me on Mon or Tues) to meet and get me started.  

Monday & Tuesday came and went with no call back from "Frank" the Sales Manager although I called him to talk and ended up leaving a message on his VM on Tuesday to call me back.   Wednesday by noon, I still had not heard back from him so I called him and he answered and was very curt and rude to me and said he could hear I was angry (at no time were any apologies offered by him)  and I responded with "you would be too if you were given this bs run around with a company that claimed to hire you" he said you sound very angry and I said yes I am very disappointed that your company is unprofessional and that you lack managerial skills as I am a professional seeking employment with a serious and professional company and you and the company you work for, has wasted my time for almost a month"  

***If you read this in it's entirety you know what I am trying to convey to "save" anyone else checking into WE Care Recycling LLC in Schaumburg IL-----  I have talked with other people seeking employment over the past year or two that has also gotten the big run around with businesses wasting their time, gas and patience, when times are hard enough these days by lay offs, small businesses closing (as happened to me) and for whatever reasons we must start a process all over again in seeking employment.  Namaste'
