This company wants drivers to break the federal laws governing the trucking industry. they lowered the pay scale for all drivers who will not break the law by running the truckloads heavier than the law allows. And reward the drivers who are willing to break the law by running over-wheight by paying them $8.00 per ton for every ton over the legal wheight permitted by law.

They also want and expect drivers to lie on the logbooks regulating the hours of service so the drivers can get the loads delivered without regards to the laws governing the sleep requirements of over the road drivers. if you are an OUTLAW this company is for you!

WeCare Transportation is a professional Transportation Company having about 125 employees, 70 plus of them operate with CDL class A license. As always with a group of drivers this large there is always different opinions from 3 or 4 drivers who feel the world is against them.

The customer that is reflected in this write up change ther pay policy to per ton rate instead of per load rate. What we did was change our pay rate to reflect the tonage, pulling your legal weight, paid the same as the load rate. Less tonage pays less rate. There are scales on the customers site in order for the drivers to ensure they have a leagal load.

If by chance the load was a little heaveier, we decided to share the extra profit with the driver, never was it stated to pull above your legal permitted weight.
