Complaint Review: We Do Taxes

I sent my tax information as I usually did for the last 17 years only to receive the email below:

"We will no longer accept any tax return information, from you.
Please find another Tax Person."

After calling their office for an explanation I was hung up on.....I called back and the owner Gerald told me he no longer wanted to talk with me....CLICK!!!!! I know people have the right of choice, but I want people to know how this business works. Though they could be a bit slow and unknowledgeable about some of the tax codes I remained loyal, thinking they would improve their services. I guess this is just the universe letting me know that these people (the entire family) are people who need to be in another profession.....

I sent the owner this email with no response:
ATTENTION IMPORTANT
Hi Gerald and Carol;
 
It is with much sadness that I would receive an email of this nature from you after 17 years, yes 17 years of business. Please let me know what was said or done that you could be so cruel. I have only tried to refer people to you over the years and speak about you with good intentions, however, this impersonal email has changed my opinion drastically. This is definetly not the way to treat people and with the social networking world you do not want that to become the reason you are losing customers.  I know you can choose who you want, but I am really confused..
