Complaint Review: WE FINANCE

2010 NOVEMBER, WAS WHAT WE THOUGHT AS A GOOD DAY. We put someting down on a house in spring Valley. Nice 3 bedrooms fenced in back yard,close to schools and doctors ,but we never thought  we were getting had.This place was ours  and at 857 monthly  for 20 and done but , STUFF HAPPENED  you are not going to believed this  WE FINANCE  the add that TONY RICHARDS AKA RENAISSANCE PROPERITIES LLC,TAX PRO, SECOND CHANCE AUTO  CAR LOT ,BEER WINE PACKAGE STORE,  ON WOODLEY RD NOW NO longer at 2510 east south blvd  moved around the corner people of Montgomery and surounding counties  look out  ... That car lot  has the same people and the same owner operating  and trying  to fleece the area .This was the last straw we put $6000 down went to his lawyer Charles Edmondson to sign papers  gave up my six  paid my closing and were done . Now check out what was next No grace if you were a day late  or late peroid that was 80 dollars. then came a certified letter from Bank of AMERICA  WE WERE  BEING PUT OUT  FOR WHAT I ASK  THE OWNERS WERE Tony Richards .Cheryl Richards  aka we finance, Tax pro, 2nd Chance auto ,WINE BEER PACKAGE  WERE 7 PAYMENTS BEHIND, ON THE LOAN THAT WAS THE PROPERTY I PUT 6 THOUSAND DOLLARS DOWN ON.
