Wealth Information Network, WIN Coaching, WIN Team Fails to Refund after many promises to do so, no coaches available to schedule Kansas City Missouri
In December, 2008, I was called by their telemarketer, spoke with him for almost an hour, and agreed to sign up for their Forex mentoring program. The next day a "scheduler" called to arrange for mentoring, but then explained that she had no coaches available when I requested them. Then said she had none at all for any timeslot until next year. Then said her "scheduling software needed to be cleaned out."
I immediately called and emailed back to cancel my contract, which was within the 3-day recission period. They promised to credit my credit card the full price of $3600 but it might take up to 2 billing cycles.
In February I called numerous times and could not talk to "Rachel" who is "my customer service rep," because she was sick.
Finally after a week, I spoke with Mark (her supervisor) who was very rude, but promised to put the refund through - though it might take 5-7 days.
After another week, still nothing in process according to my bank.
