I cant believe how this company gets away with doing what they do. My friend spent $200 for the book and two day course and took me along as a guest. It became such a waste of time just showing us all kinds of numbers and pictures trying to impress us and than constantly pitching other more expensive programs. He signed up to learn about foreclosures and instead was pitched more classes and how to make money with mobile homes and vacant land which we weren't interested in to begin with. Aside from the $200 I had to spend a weekend watching a room full of people get brain washed. Scott Zuckman even metions in the class how there is bad press on the program but we are just "hazardous waste material" holding other back. Wow the class was supposed to be about foreclosures and the three day program could have been consolidated in a couple of hours and still didn't provide the tools you need to be successful at foreclosures.

Enjoy your "classes". I too have flipped and done lease purchase properties and I can tell you I almost fell asleep during this course and did walk out of it. You may have flipped ten houses, but anyone with half a brain did that during the haydays. I guess since you attended this class you are in the same boat as the rest of us now and all that money from flipping is gone or tied up in other depreciating properties. I truly hope you feel the same way about your "investment" after you have taken the classes. Please do post your experience after that.

Also don't refer to educated free thinking people as crabs. Thats just insulting to that persons intelligence.

Your eyes will be opened in the classes you just paid so dearly for

I would not be surprised if you were Scott Zuckman himself filing this rebuttal under an actual student's name. If you are NOT Scott, and you are an actual student who hopes to have a better future through this scam, I know your eyes will be opened in the "classes" you proceed to take. You will be offered an "opportunity" to purchase Costa Rica land and/or more properties the scammers either haven't sold because it's not a good deal for some reason or another, OR they just need to USE your money to get their own deals completed.

The whole scam is definitely a bait and switch operation. We were all told we would receive in-depth information about several of the subjects in the notebooks we took home from the "free" seminar where we paid $500 to go to BAIT of the next upsell to the WIA (Wealth Intelligence Academy) for a mere $9,000-$44,000 (the "switch"). For three WHOLE days of our time (8:30am-7:30pm, with almost no breaks) we were not given much in the way of any step by step in-depth knowledge, and our books were replaced by a much slimmer notebook which was seldom referenced. Only enough to keep Scott Zuckman and the subcontractor he is working for under Rich Dad's brand name, from being sued outright for complete fraud. By the way they operate under several different company names affiliated with Russ Whitney and Donald Trump as well. They are all complete scams for YOUR money. They are not looking out for you. Just be very thorough in your decisions to fork over any more money.

I wish you well, but the fact is, many have reported that when they tried to get an appointment with their "Mentor", after WIA, they were put off indefinitely. Good Luck but I doubt what you are in for is going to be much of a treat. And much of your success will be that of which you probably would have gotten on your own, without having to fork over the fortune you did. There are many legitimate resources to get started with.

Scott Zuckman-Teach Me Foreclosures

I am writing in response to the last two postings that I just read regarding Scott Zuckman of the Wealth Institute Academy.

First of all, I'd like to begin by saying the following: The reason that the rich continue to get richer and the poor continue to get poorer is because people like yourselves.

I completed the three day "Teach Me Foreclosures" introductory course this past weekend and have nothing but positive things to say about Scott, the staff of WIA and the content of material that was covered. This class was well worth the $200.00 spent. Honestly, with all of the information and helpful tips that I picked up on real estate investing I would have paid $500.00 for the course. The problem is that negative people like yourselves will never be able to open your minds and grasp half the concepts that were discussed in class.

I'm 26 Years old, and I have successfully flipped ten investment properties all of which were profitable endeavors. Yes, it's not enough to make me rich but it is enough to make me intelligent enough to understand what he was trying to teach all of you in class. For example, I learned how to apply the concept of a "sandwich lease/option", what to do when faced with capital gains tax on investment revenue, and yes, the potential of investing in mobile homes/RV parks and even land investments. However, you can't expect to become an expert real estate investor in three days for $200.00.

Think about this for a moment. It cost four years in college and over $125k in tuition to graduate with a major in marketing and the only thing I can tell you about marketing are the 4P's. You want to talk about a scam, talk about how overrated and overpriced a college education is compared to these courses. College teaches you how to get a JOB and go work for someone else for the rest of your life. For a fraction of the price WIA teaches you how to become wealthy. PRICELESS. (Please understand I'm not knocking a college education, I think it's very important I'm merely trying to prove a point).

I have been involved in real estate transactions for over 7 years and I don't even know half of what I need to know to start making real money in investments. This comes over time, experience, education, trial and error, and most importantly KNOWLEDGE (which would come from the classes that WIA offers). There is no doubt in my mind that everyone who signed up for the following classes has decided to follow the correct path and WILL become a profitable real estate investor if the knowledge that they learn is applied in the field. The course for $200.00 merely skimmed the surface of what will be learned in the detailed classes to follow.

Here's some more food for thought. If real estate investing was so easy and could be learned in 3 days for $200.00 how come everyone is not rich and how come everyone you know is not a real estate investor? The answer is because it takes the knowledge and without that you can fool yourself into believing you are getting scammed. You see, the closed minded negative individuals who are not willing to take the next step and take a risk will always be stuck working for someone else for the rest of their lives. And no matter what they do or how hard they try to fight it, they will NEVER become wealthy by working for SOMEONE ELSE. You need to work for you.

I signed up for a bundle package of classes which I will be starting to take shortly but I understand that whatever the cost, it is PRICELESS to me because I understand that is all I need to make it to my path of future successes. I just need to know how, and to be taught and shown how to do different types of investments in an ever shifting real estate market. Don't you see that all Scott was trying to do was open your eyes and HELP you HELP yourself and lead you towards the path of becoming a successful investor? He laid it all out on the table. Don't you see that he was not trying to show off his home, his cars, and his vacations? He was simply trying to show you all the light and lead you towards that path. He was not doing it to brag or brainwash you, he was doing it to help.

My experience of this class was a very positive one and most importantly a very knowledgeable one. I can't tell you how excited I am because this weekend I found the key to my success. I found WIA, and I have no doubts that I will be a self made millionaire by the time I'm 30 and when I do make my next flip (by taking the information that I will learn in my next class on wholesaling) I am going to happily post another response and let you know just how much money I made on that deal. Maybe that will get some of you out there to take the next step and enroll in classes.

Good luck to all of you out there that missed the boat big-time on this opportunity and decided to convince yourself that you are getting scammed.

Best,
Dayna E.

Oh and I remember Scott Zuckman mentioning in class that we no only want to bring others down but we are just trying to start a class action loss suit to profit over it. Well I dont care to make money from this posting. I happen to be comfortable with money and just want so stop others from being taken advantage of.
