My husband & I attended the "Stock Success System" 3-Day training this weekend in Atlanta, GA. I got to go for FREE because my husband paid $495 & could bring someone for FREE. Our instructor was Mike Power from Loveland, CO, at least that's what he told us his name was. After I tried to Google his name in several different ways - Mike Power, Michael Power, Mike Powers, Michael Powers, & then all 4 ways with Loveland, CO at the end - NOTHING came up about him. The reason I mention this is because, my husband works at a local country club & he told me to type the owners name in on Google & see what I pull up.

I pulled up a lot of info. on him. Mike kept telling us how many companies he has, all the money that he has made, he is a member & on the board of Pentacostal of Loveland Church (which by the way I didn't find the church either, one church was close in name but not what he told us), & he talked about all these things that he did & was going to do. So, my point is if he's so important & has so many companies, shouldn't something pull up about him on Google, like the owner of the country club that my husband works at?

Our table caught him in a lot of lies. On day one, he talked about how his son is 19 years old & an assistant manager of a pizza parlor. On day two, he mentions that in 2000 when the stock market crashed & he lost a lot of money, he son was 15 & wanted to go to something at his high school, but he didn't have the $50 to give him. On day three, he mentioned again how his son was 19. Now the last time that I checked, 2000 to 2008 is 8 not 4 years. Then he talks about how he has never had televisions in his house because he promotes reading.

At one point, he mentioned how he has a flat screen t.v. in every room so he can watch CNBC no matter where he is in the house. On day three, he mentioned again how he has never had a television in his house because he promotes reading. He talked about how his 23 year old daughter & her two little kids are living with him & his wife because her husband left her & doesn't pay her a dime for the kids. My husband said that he really wished he had raised his hand & asked him that if this was such a great program, why wasn't he teaching his daughter how to do it. He also talked about how he was going to get a Hummer & build a 10,000 square foot home.

My husband & I were really hooked on day one & seriously considering giving them $25,000 for me to go through their training. Then on day two before we left home, my husband prayed & asked God to give us a big sign showing us if we should or shouldn't do this. Well that big sign came when my husband asked two of the guys working with Mike & Mike himself, if they had financing available. There response was for us to get a Visa, Amex, Discover, & Mastercard with a $25,000 limit on them & move the money around between the four credit cards. I think that God smacked us in the face big time! After we were told this, we started educating ourselves & doing all the google searches. After all, they did keep promoting that we needed to be educated. Most of the people there didn't get educated & gave them their money or they put it on a credit card.

Basically, we spent $495 for a three day seminar that ended up being three days of a sales pitch to buy the classes.

I have lost all respect for Robert Kiyosaki after going to this seminar. If he is a reputable man, he needs to get his name AWAY from the Wealth Intelligence Academy or he's going to loose all respect from people who looked up to him. I was talking to my brother about it & mentioned to him about Robert Kiyosaki you know the author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad. He said "Well, there is a rich dad & a poor dad. The rich dad was a motivational speaker who takes the money from the poor dad." After this weekend, I truly believe that.

I don't believe you, Mike.  The people that you wronged have no motivation to lie.  That is truly how they felt, and I have experienced a similar feeling with another member of your "organization".  They posted their valid opinion about your "business".  They have that right.  Just as you have your right to a rebuttal.  And I have my right to rebuttal your opinion.  And my opinion is that I think you are a liar and are part of an organization that preys on the innocent and the powerless, in a world of criminals who operate above the law.

It is sad when people are allowed to make up things because they are not happy and then put it on the net as truth.  No part of the complaint was checked out... but it was posted.  Without going into detail the person twisted several things and flat out lied about others.  By the way our church at the time was the Pentecostals of Loveland but the website was not being maintained.  And yes I was a board member.  And yes my daughter and my 2 grandkids still live with me.  And my son is now 22 years old.  And yes I still like Hummers but since they quit making them I decided against one.  And using the GOD card is so immature.  And trying to get this wrong righted it would cost to get this removed but it did not take anything to get the LIES posted!!
