I bought an e-book from Angela Penbrook at Wealthdci that promised information about processing rebate from home. The cost of the book was $197.00. The book was very difficult to print and it looked like it was written by someone with a 9tyh grade education, not by a well traveled lecturer.

The book had information about selling products for other companies, not for rebates. I tried to use the information given in the book but it did not work. Then someone from the company called me about personal tutoring to learn to use the information . The amount for this service was only $1,000.00! Then he gave me some sites to check the company out and one was ripoffreports.com. When I checked on the company I was amazed at the reports I read. I don't know if the man that called me had no idea what I would find here of if he was trying to tell me something.

The e-book offered a 90 day full refund. I called and requested a refund and was told it would take 5-7 days before I would recieve my refund. Of course no refund came . I then called the company again and demanded to speak with a supervisor. When she answered I had her to give me her full name and and told her if I did not get my full refund I would sue the company starting with her. She asked for 24 hours to speak with the accounting department and get my refund. I agreed and to my great surprise my refund was given then.

I truly believe this company is a complete fraud and if I had not threatened to sue I never would have received my refund.
