I have several different complaints; Fraud for not awarding me with the prize I won in their drawing. # 2 False Advertising for intentionally sending me items that were very different from their website description. # 3 Making threats agains me for posting online reviews of my Customer buying experience.

Fraud; I spent a large amount of money with this company because they were having an online drawing/contest that stated you would get one entry into the drawing for every $500.00 spent. They told me in writing that I had won second place and a $400.00 gift card, then posted it online to their Facebook page (I have evidence of both).

When I sent them the specific items that I wanted them to ship me, totaling roughly $388.00, the owner, Ben Herndon told me in an email that he was not going to award me with my prize because I had changed my order and had violated the rules of their contest (There were/are no rules posted on their website that I could find - weaponxmotorsports.com ).

Although I did change around items that I wanted, the amount of money I spent with them remained the same, $11,563.56. False Advertising; Two of the items I purchased (Cylinder Heads and their Ice Tank Cooler Kit) had pictures and text specifically describing what I was purchasing. However, when I received the items mentined above, they were not as described.

When I confronted the owner about the differences, he explained that they had made the specific changes because their changes were better. I.E. Cylinder heads were advertised to have CNC ported intake and exhaust ports. When I received the Heads, only the exhaust ports were CNC ported and not the intake ports even though their website description specifically stated that both ports were to be CNC ported and even listed specific reasons for their CNC porting.

When I confronted the owner about the non ported intake chambers, he told me they intentionally did not port them because new reasearch showed they flowed better without porting them! Also, the Ice Tank Cooler Kit gave me a choice on what intercooler pump I wanted to purchase with my kit. Even though I selected a specific pump made by a company called Varimax, they sent me a completely different pump stating that the pump they sent was better and more expensive.

There were also major differences in the actual design of the tank that greatly differed from the website description such as No Ice screen inside the ice box even though their very own instructions stated specifically how important the ice screen was and noted the catastrophic failure that could result of not installing the pump to the screened outlet on the tank.

When I confronted the owner, he told me they had changed the design of the tank because, "ice floats" and it was no longer needed (as if he didn't realize that ice floats when they designed the tank and printed the instructions)! I have written emails that verify all this.

Finally, when I told them I intended on filing a credit card dispute, and MAY post online reviews of my buying experience with them, they sent me very threatening and intimidating emails, threatening to sue me, called me names and made other very disturbing comments.
