July 19, 2018, I placed an order for a "free" promotional 360 wig.  I just had to pay the shipping ($13.95).  For a free wig, I did not expect top-notch quality, like the hair extensions and the wigs they sell.  I expected the wig would be made of synthetic hair (since it was free), unlike the other wigs and extensions they sell.

Since Lexi/Brave was operating out of California, I thought I should receive the wig fairly soon. Processing time to ship was supposed to be around 5-7 days. so I thought I would receive it in about 2 weeks. Not so.  I had to wait almost a month for it to arrive since it was being shipped from China.

A 360 wig is one where the cap is mostly lace, or just has lace around the circumference of the wig, giving the illusion of real hair.  You should be able to make a part anywhere around the perimeter of the wig and no one would see the wig cap. 

The wig that I received was a full cap (meaning the hair was attached to a type of cap).  The closure in the front was some kind of synthetic rubbery material that looked like a scalp.  There was no lace anywhere on the wig. Clearly, this is not remotely close to what a 360 lace wig should look like.

Once I received the wig, I put it right back in the package and proceeded to the website.  I could not access the website.  I get this message now:

They did provide an email address to speak with support regarding any issues.  I emailed them the day after I received the wrong wig.  My support ticket was closed and the response was regarding my shipment being on the way.  No one actually read my complaint or addressed it.

Today (about 11 days later), I returned to the support website.  I updated my password (I couldn't remember the old one if I had one) and received an email saying "Welcome to Amelie Hair. Please click the link below to create a password and sign-in."  I was still directed to the support site and I can still see my previous support ticket. 

If this issue is ever resolved, I will update my report here.
