This company will try to do everything they can to tell you that you have significant hail damage to your roof and that they can get the insurance to pay for it. Wrong, they are just trying to take advantage of you and your insurance. The owner, Justin Ryan Ward, is only 28 years old and can't even balance a checkbook. Do not hand him, one of his workers, or anybody affiliated with Weather Guard Exteriors, LLC. a check or cash. You will be lucky to get 1/2 of what was promised to you on the contract. He still owes multiple sub-contractors for quality work performed, but he doesn't feel like paying them. He is a crook, criminal, and on the run from multiple debtors. BUYER BEWARE!!!

To all that may have read these reports from the last few months...I
have since been in contact with the owner of Weather Guard Exteriors.
We have agreed upon our discrepancies. Unfortunately for both of us, we
both were having difficulties trying to communicate and resolve our
issues we thought we had with each other. I think I went a little
overboard in writing an exaggerated and untrue rip-off report about
Weather Guard Exteriors with the intent of giving the company a negative
image because I was upset. Fortunately, we have resolved all issues and
I am now working again for Weather Guard Exteriors. We are now
expanding more than ever and I am glad to be a part of it. The rip-off
report can be very beneficial to a consumer, but consumers also need to
base their decisions on work with a company by their BBB rating
available online. I am now Project Manager in the Canton, OH office and
