Web Access ZZ ripoff fruadulent billing San Jose California
I recieved a phone bill from Web Access ZZ-Integretel for $40.00 for calling a 900 number placed at 11:42 A.M on June the 20th. They said I was on the line for two and a half mins., but it's $40.00? That dosen't make sense either. Besides no one placed the call any way.
So i contacted Integretel and they said for me to go to this site and it may help get the problem cleaned up. So I went there..... and it was about russian hotels or some nonsense. can't recall the exact site but it was completely misleading.
Could someone tell me what to do here? It's really aggravating and I'm sure as hell not getting ripped off by someone like this over the phone. I have two phone lines and the line that the number that they say the call was placed on has been disconnected for 10 days before the date they say i made the call!! Can anyone help me here?
