Web.com Continues To Charge Card After Services Were Cancelled, Internet

In March of 2012, we contacted web.com by their own e-mail portal to cancel our account.  The following month, web.com continued to charge our credit card for services.  We called them by telephone this time and they said they never received a request to cancel. 

We once again asked that they cancel.  In May, they once again billed our credit card.  This has continued for 6 months now.  It's obvious that they are not willing to cancel our account and are continuing to charge our credit card without our authorization. 

We have since contacted NASDAQ where they are listed to report them for ethics violations.  We've also contacted the Florida State Attorney's Office to file a complaint against them and to get an investigation started.  We are also contacting our charge card company to have all of the charges reversed.

What a pain in the ...
