I purchased a package including web hosting, design and marketing for my business. I requested a refund 2 days after I looked at the website they designed. It was not what I requested. It was something I could have done myself.

I kept calling and being placed on hold for 20 minutes at a time for about 25 days. They took my money out of my account while ignoring my requests to cancel. I left messages, looked on the website. There was no place to cancel services.

Today I called the sales section told her I wanted to cancel, again transferred to another non manned phone. I finally had to go to the bank to put a block on them.

This company is a scam and they do not supply what they advertise. I'm a web designer (I had broken my hand so I couldn't do it) and I didn't have the time or way to do it because of my injury.

The phone number they have you call is totally different from the one they advertise on contact me. I called that too, but soon as they heard I wanted to cancel, again to a non manned phone.

If anyone uses this service they will not get what they paid for. But they will pay.
