Web.com claims to be a 2.99 a month website hosting, which they aren't. For some reason I am now charged 22 something per month. That would be ok, but this company doesn't provide support. I have an issue right now and they provide null support, they close your unresolved tickets on a hurry and show no interest in your case.

I am furious otherwise I wouldn't be looking for ways to compain. 

Unqualified support, scam based on forgoten fees and the added identity theft exposure given the behaviour of the company.

 

Stay away, there should be others.
