Complaint Review: Web Content Solutions

I paid Wayne Bienek 1800.00 to build me a site. I needed a site that would have great SEO work done. We started this in November 2013. I have had the site up until the past February 2016 and then it was shut down. Wayne promised all these bells and whistles and over the course of 2 1/2 years, it did not produce not a single lead. The domain was registered with go daddy under his name. He has had personal issue, mental break downs and hospitalization. He promised me so much and it never produced anything. Wayne built me a shell that people can see if you gave them the web address. I was paying him 55.00 per month up until December of 2014, then i stopped paying him, because the site never produced any leads. I also paid him 350.00 for seo work also December 2014 and received no results. I do not recommend that anyone sign up for this. His cell phone number has been disconnected also.
