My relationship with Wayne goes back 5 years, when he created my website for me. Back then I should have known that he was "all talk" when I asked him to make certain modifications to my website and he never did. But I got so busy with work, I just let it go.

My real estate license expired and so did my website about a year ago, so when I renewed my license, I figured that since Wayne already created a website for me before that it would cost me less to go back to him (after I originally spent $1,300 for the original website). So in January, he told me he has all my info that he can put the "template" back up on the internet within a week for $200, so I went for it.

When my website went up, the template had cities from New York listed as my specialty cities, and I'm in Phoenix!!! It took him over a week to make the correction! Then he told me to look through my website and see if there are any mistakes and if so to email him. I'm sorry, but I don't think that should be my job. I hired him to create my website for me and I expect him to make sure it's corrected and changed as needed before it hits the internet. However, I did that. He told me he would do SEO and for me to come up with certain words I wanted to target, so we came up with Phoenix foreclosures and short sales. Couple of weeks later, I noticed that the word "foreclosure" is misspelled all throughout my website!!! I didn't notice it before as I was busy working and did not have time to sit in front of my computer and review his work. Again, it took him several days to fix. My resources page was a mess he needed to address that. I would think that's something he needs to do prior to having the website on the internet. It looked sloppy. Then I tried to write a blog, which he also has added as an option, don't be fooled, this blog does not work!! I wrote one article- it took me half a day as when I wanted to go back and make revisions, it wouldn't let me, again, I had to call him and ask him to do something about this. Then couple of days later, I wrote another article and even though I used the same font, it looked completely different. I couldn't get the article to look the same as the previous one. He told me he cannot make it look better to get WordPress!! I asked him to change the title of my blog from day one of my website, still is as was- never made the change.

More than a month ago, we discuss putting on my website IDX so that my clients can search for foreclosures since I am promoting foreclosures, it would only make sense. He told me it would take a week to get done. Well, I followed up with him 2-3 weeks later and he told me he is "busy" that he won't be able to get to it for another week. Again, a week later I followed and did not receive a response, and forget calling, he will not even answer his phone! Last week, I told him to let me know if he's too busy for me and that if so, maybe I should go somewhere else. He responded telling me "it's a good idea" and told me he'll give me a refund. So I decided to start looking for somebody else to do my website but this time no templates, as you cannot take them with you. I found out today, that the only refund he gave me was $55, one month's hosting! I send him an email over the weekend asking him for a full refund, as I don't believe he should get anything for all the problems, he has not yet responded and no refund.

Additionally, he promises to have links added to your website, which he claims help in Google results, today I found out that there is a way to find out how many links are attached to you website, and my website showed ZERO links!!! He makes promises but doesn't deliver. He only puts up a template and that's it, he doesn't care about his customers, yet he charges $1,300 for a template.

If you're looking not to spend thousands of dollars for a website and can only afford a template, don't go to him, his templates are not worth what he's charging. There are companies that charge as little as $500 for a template but if you're willing to spend $1,300 add a little more and get your own website, no template.

Anna was a clinet in good standing for many years. You will note that she has "a 5 year history".. So after not paying her bills for over 3 months, we turned her site off.

A year or so passes and she calls asking about her old website. We didn't have it a year later, so as a concession, we let her pick a new design (we 'start' with a design, - we don't do 'templates' ) and began to modify it to her needs. She wanted a site like the New York client we had, so we copied her (the New York client's site). I have a team of designers who I admit dropped the ball. I did too since I didn't know there was the phrase "New York" in her site.. Since our sites are over 300 pages in size, a few spelling issues slipped through the cracks.

We gave anna a NEW $1300 site for $200.. IGNORING the fact that when she 'dissapeared', she owed us over $165 for hosting, which we just 'ate'

After 10 years of business, this is our 'Bad Report' .. our 'Rip-off' , I guess we'll have to deal with it.

Here are a few satisfied clients.. and the type of websites we put together for $1300 If you can find better for the price, we definitely think you should jump on it, as its an exceptional deal!
