Complaint Review: WEB DESIGNER

First off, I called the dealership and spoke in length with this guy about the bike I was wanting to buy. I then gave him my name (first and last) and told him I would be in there on that following Saturday to talk to him in person. I go there and introduce myself and the guy blank stares me like I'm some homeless guy looking for a handout. No big deal, I realize this guy deals with a lot of people and may not remember my name. So after a bit of explaining he remembers my call. So then, we start looking at the option of trade in on my current bike and financing. He calls into Suzuki for the credit check, and blurts out that it's Saturday and he's just ready to go home and doesn't want to be dealing with this. Obviously, I'm a little roused now. So we continue the conversation. The guy tells me he's ready to move the bike out that I'm looking at and is willing to negotiate. We talked and I told him I would call on Monday with my decision. I never make a decision like that without sleeping on it and hashing over the numbers.

So, I call the guy back on Monday as promised and guess what? He has no idea who I am until I explain our entire conversation from Saturday. I felt like the guy you went to highschool with that remembers you but you don't know him... "You remember me right? I'm the guy went to school with? You know, you used to depants me in the gym during volleyball practice?"
So now that I've triggered his memory we discuss pricing and I tell him I will run everything past the bank and get back to him in less than 1 hour. I call back 40 minutes later and the guy has left for the day. UNBELIEVABLE! So I leave a message that says, I want the bike for this price like we discussed. I'm driving from 2 hours away so call me back at this number and confirm so I know it's ok to make the trip.
