Complaint Review: Web Detective

The web-site "Web-Detective, advertised many sources for information, some free and some that charged fees. Also it said that if you had any problems or inquires that you would be promptly responded to with advice or direction.

I began some searches and did not find even one that was free. Also I clicked on their menu, items that I wanted to research and 3 times a "NOT FOUND" page came up.
I started e-mailing them with my problem navigating. No responce. I expressed concern that I was seeming to be asked for further payment for all reports that I tried to find. No response. I suggested that I get my money back, as this was not what I had expected, and that I was very unhappy with not getting any responce from my e-mails. No responce.

I am NOT happy about this and I feel ripped off! I feel that I have wasted my money, I'm not getting any results from the Web-Detective site and I am not receving any support from them either.
