For two months in a row, Web Loyalty Inc. has debited my Chase Mastercard, that was issued for the Social Security Disability Benefits, for $10 to a grand total to date of $20. I did not authorize them to do this.

I attempted to contact Web Loyalty Inc. three times. On the first two accasions, I was told I was not in their system so they therefore could neither refund my money or stop future debits. On the third attempt, I just got a voice mail box.

I filed a complaint with the Conneticut BBB, who have a rather extensive file on these people already.

I have now filed a complaint with the Alabama (state in which I live) Attorney General's Office.

I believe my information was obtained by Web Loyalty Inc. through an online purchase at allposters.com. I bought a poster for my step daughter, who is in college... as a gift.

I DID NOT authorize the sharing of my information nor did I ever authorize Web Loyalty Inc. to take my disability benefits.

I simply cannot afford a lawyer outright but if there is one who would be willing to take up this case, I feel sure that there would be some reward from a lawsuit.

I do not like being ripped off and would like to see Web Loyalty Inc. brought up on charges.
