My wife and I received a postcard solicitation from Higher Impact about a home business opportunity in Dec.09. We got taken the same as did so many others. Letters and phone calls did no good either.
Calls and letters to the Massachusetts Attorney Generals office resulted in calls to the BBB of Central, Northern
& Western Arizona as well as to the A.G. of
Later we went back to the Mass. A.G. office and got some modest results. Higher Impact agreed to return $500 of our original $1000 investment.
Of course this led to We will mail it out next week, and It has been mailed out to you, but we have not received anything as of this writing.
My wife and I would like to help to bringing these people down. Getting peoples money back for them (and ours too) would be great.
