I hired Jeanray Charlier as a consultant to develop a website for me. After signing the contract, he began to work on it and I sent him monthly payments. He told me that he had the programming ability to complete the website (which was outlined in the contract), yet this was a misrepresentation as he did not. After months of struggling with the web application, he took the final payment and immediately stopped working, severing all contact with me. This violated nearly every line in our contract.

Jeanray Charlier stole my money. He and his company are fraudulent, and he is the worst and most incompetent individual I have ever dealt with. Burn in h**l.

I was also ripped off by them.  I wanted to receive their training for Website programming - I paid and didn't receive any training as promised.  I did not receive any refund.  Any class action lawsuit is welcomed and I will participate.
