While reading my credit reports I came across an unfamiliar agency giving me a low credit score and saying that I still owe them money.I didn't even know who the company was or why they were even on my credit report.So I called the number that was conveniently on the report and checked to clarify the situation and have it resolved.Only to have a conversation with one of the rudeist female associate I've ever talked with on the phone.I've explained to the lady that I never opened an account with them so it's impossible that I owe them any money,which at the time was $10.How it got to $250 is obsured.Anyway after explaining to her there is a problem cause I never opened an account with them,she assured me that I did open an account with them and the balance was true.And it's been ruining mycredit score ever since.
