Complaint Review: Webcountry Progressive Asset Management Services

I was in high school as a freshman and signed up for the web service so I could learn web design. I had the account cancelled when I was done which was now more than 6 years ago. We cancelled on the phone and they said that it was all closed out and we had nothing to worry about. Now more than 6 years later I get a collection letter saying that I owe 370.41.

During that 6 plus years they never contacted me at any point in time. This came out of no where. Now Progressive Asset Management Services, Inc. is trying to collect this debt from me. I am responding back to say I am fighting it and that I require proof of my agreement to service with line item detailed descriptions of all charges. This is just crazy.
