Steve gets his business as a middle man, finding clients that are not knowledgeable of IT and Web in general then charging them a hefty fee and then outsourcing their projects to third party coders without his clients knowing it.

He hired us and then disappeared for almost two weeks, not replying to emails, phone calls.. once we got a hold of him he extended the project scope way beyond of what was paid for and expected it to be finished way before any reasonable time.

After project was finally completed, he added yet more changes and that is when we refused to continue working with him.
