hello i baught script softare from this company and they have a 30 day money back guarantee on there web site, when i made the purchase they changed the details of the web site and i have not received my refund, here is a copy of the e-mail that promise the refund

Paypal is said its not able to refund the claim and i have reported this web site as fraud and scam the owner has said he will refund but has not done this.
dont not use this company for software scripts or any purchase

This report is full of incorrect information and no prove at all. This customer tried to steal our software and maybe sell it on their website or to other person. At the moment he realised that the script have copyright protection, he tried to get a refund. We denied the refund, becouse the software was already provided and installed on his server.
Paypal also denied their refund to qtellwholesale, becouse of similar cases (refund requests) in the past with his account. And what we got is this - a revenge with a ripoff report (scam & fraud?). We have no unhappy customers for near 10 years in business.
