This website is NOT a scam, IMO. I tell nothing but the truth. The guy who owns this company was indeed drunk when he called me back and has no intentions of making things right with his water distillers. He slurred his words so bad I could hardly understand him. He knows nothing about water distillers, actually, saying if you don't use the charcoal post filter the machine will run too fast. That makes no sense, Also that cleaning the boiling chamber with malic acid by letting it sit in a cold machine with a bit of water to remove the baked on chemical debris at the bottom of the boiler for a few minutes then thoroughly rinsing and wiping it dry before adding more water causes it to malfunction. Then he wanted me to send the machine back to him to fix. If you don't want to get ripped off, stay away from this company. They offer no warranty at all. My machine, the Love 4, always ran too hot. It discolored the stainless steel above the water line and turned that part of the boiler blue. This machine wouldn't remove all the toxic chemicals from my city wter, either. I had to distill one gallon of water twice to get pure water.
