Sue Davies sent me an email which inter-alia “proposed payment of $5,000/$1250 a week” for their “services”. We decided not to engage her. We refused sign Sue Davies up but she sent her bank details with the threat to ruin ou reputation online if we did not pay. If I don’t see the wire transfer by Monday, you give me no choice. I will be expressing my opinion, loudly, throughout the internet.
The threat to publish our details as a “rip-off business” unless we paid soon followed – complete with a list of websites she would use to target our company.
Sue Davis has targeted my company and the reputation I have built over 14years as a CPA, AIPA and PMP. I develop software for large companies and as master of systems development from the largest IT University in Australia with completed contracts in Europe, Australia, and USA. As a CPA I have worked for some of the largest organisations including one of the big 5 audit firms for 5 years. Sue Davis has targeted our most precious asset – our reputation, in an attempt to extort $5,000.
Please do not deal with Sue Davies or any of her companies. We have now embarked on an expensive legal process to restrain Sue Davies from further damaging our company’s reputation and now have the time consuming work of repairing the damage she has done. Once again, deal with WebGeekGroup or Sue Davies at your own peril.

Mr. Mathews, the owner of Elucidate-Software also know as Nipplus Ltd., ruins his own reputation by his actions of not paying for services contracted.
I simply want to be paid what I am owed $1250, for one week of work. The details are stated in the project plan Mr. Mathews wrote, which include the amounts. In fact, in his rebuttal, he references the $1250/$5000. I’m not asking for the $5,000, only the 1 week, $1250, that I worked.
Mr. Mathews can bad mouth me as much as he wants, but the fact remains, he used for my services for 1 week and he owes me for that week, $1250. I am simply posting the truth, so that others aren't deceived by his words and actions. If and when he pays me for what he owes, I will also post I have been paid.
I would appreciate if Mr. Mathews would tell me his US legal representation, as I cannot file a legal claim with his Philadelphia non-existent office, nor in Australia, where their home office is located. I know of no Texas representation for Mr. Mathews or his companies. I am very willing file a claim in Texas.
Without being able to excercise any other remedies, I will continue writing more complaints about the money owed to me, on the different websites. I simply want the money owed to me, $1250.
