Complaint Review: WEBJTCHARGE PAY

I found a withdrawl from my checking account for a WEBJTCHARGE PAY. It was for $39.95. I did not recognize this, and did not recall ever making such a payment.

Upon researching the name I found Ripoff Report and learned there is some connection to adult websites which I know I have never agreed to pay for.

I am not sure how they obtained either my debit card or checking account information, but I did contact them to find out more information.

Their response to my E-mail was to ask for even more information which I am very reluctant to give them. How can I remember a user name or password that doesn't exist?

Here is how they responded.
1) The name of the site you joined

2) Approximate date that you joined

3) Last 8 numbers of credit card used during the initial sign-up. Or, if signed up by Check the Routing and Account number used during initial sign-up

4) E-mail address used during sign up process

5) Member ID

6) Username

7) Password

8) Your Last Name

9) Zip Code

10) Name of company billing you

11) Your question or request
