I don't know how WLI Reservations and Rewards received my Credit Card number. I noticed today that my credit card has been charged since August 03 $7.00 each month.

At no time did I ever conduct business with them. I'am in the process trying to get reimbursed.

I have worked in customer service & technical support for years. Most people do not bother to read the "terms" when they make an internet purchase, or respond to a "FREE" offer. When people see "FREE", rarely do they read the entire agreement, and balk when they see charges on their credit cards. I have heard every story in the book, everyone suffers from selective amnesia when the bills come in. I can not stress enough, when entering your credit card, or debit card on the internet read the entire agreement. If you see a "FREE" offer, read the terms of that particular offer. People choose to hear & see what they want to.

I had money taken out of my account in August.

When I called, they said that I visited a site (Freecd's) and apparently signed up for this service. I told them that I did not authorize any money to be taken out of my account and she simply said that they would refund my money. This was the only response I rec'd from the rest of my questions. I did make a report to the Better Business Bureau.
