I was contacted by greg from webmarketingsource by phone and was told that they could market my website. and get me on top on Google any given keyword from my website. Money would start coming in as little as a month. not latter then 6 months.
At the time I was very frustrated trying to get my website up on the search engine. I've never fallen for anything like this before. The man I spoke to was very nice and sincere.
Now we are after 6 months it is alwready 8 month and there nothing here on google. not only that there was saveral keywords that I was already on page 2 with google after the work that they did i felt down to page six. My daily visitors fell from 1,200 a day to 300 a day with in one week. So not even it didn't get better it even got worse. Then I called up the same person wholes called me to set up the account. his name is Greg He said well we can not do so well with your website. If you will make your website with us we will be able to be number 1 on google. Not only that we will transfer all your product from your old webite to our new website for no charge. Not only I asked if you got some perticuler featurs that I need such having the option to show accesories and many more option I was told that we have every feature that I can imagine.
Forthermore if you need any feeture that we do not offer we will make sure that you will get it for you we will site down and work on it as long as it takes and make sure that you get it. with this new website any keyword you are going to want to come up number #1 on Google we will be able to do it for you. Since we got the best tools to offer then any other company has to offer. All you will need to do is just add products and we will do all the marketing. So I belived in them.
Since they got my money there is no help as I was promised
then I keep getting the run around and they will not let me cancel or receive a refund.
Now I have no problem at all to stay with your companey. I need what I was promised.
I would like to see your companey to do what you promised. Either do the marketing that you promised or give my money back.
I f your companey will not honur what you promised. give me my mony back. BBB will know what you did

Again your company promised that you will promote my website on the search Engine. Your company promised me that you make sure that my keywords will be on top on the search engine. May I know when this will happen?

Update:
Herman has assured us that ALL matters discussed on ROR up to this point have been addressed and resolved. We are happy to report that he is getting regular traffic, higher than average rankings, new registered customers and even sales from his Captures.com powered site. Great work Herman. I know how hard you have worked on the site, keep it up.
We are posting this update after multiple conversations, emails, assurance from him that this is resolved and work performed on our behalf and his.

I was promised that my website would be put on all search engines, etc. It cost $4049.99 plus monthly payment. It has been since Dec. 2006 and there is no results yet. Then I called to compalined saying that I don't see me any whare on my keywords on the search engine. forther more on many keywords that I was realy good on before I singed up with you fell down. I was told that for your website there is nothing much that we can do. However if you will build your website with us. then you will come up on all the search engine quick and we will be able to push you up on top much faset and all you will need to do it just adding products and we will do all the marketing for you.
Then in good faith i belived them. My website wentlive with after milion of hassles on March 01 2007. But my website is still not done. even it is after 60 days that I was promised thet the site will be done. I was even promised that Capturs will import all my products from my old website. Atleast it is live. any way. Now I do not see my on top on google. Not only that i had many good places on Google and I am even down againg.
Now my quastions are
Whare is your promise? That you promised me that you will do all the marketing?
may I know when will the marketing start?
Can you show me proof what you did to market my website?
When will my items come up on top on Google?
When even I ask for help you naver call me back. You naver respond to emails.
Is this companey just a ripoff?
What you are giving me more then (((competitor's name redacted))) that they charge only $196.99? Whare is your promise?
I didn't come to you that I should do every thing bi my self?
I came to you that you shoud do the marketing for me.
may I know when you will start market my website?
Can you show me on any keyword that I am comming up on Google?
So now either give me my mony back or start to market my website.
