My company recieved a fax on Wednesday, November 10th, as well as a bill on our phone bill regarding setup and host of a website for two months. Needless to say I was surprised as I am the company's tech-guru and knew knothing about it.

We called, listened to their "confirmation" recording which was obviously a patched together recording of a computer generated voice with responses that could have easily been to other questions. When threatened with the filing of an Internet Fraud report thier representative agreed to credit the full charges, including taxes, back to us.
