Solicited my business over the phone offering to build a web site. We clearly stated that we have a web site and we do not need another one. The company started billing me $39.99 per month. The charges appeared on my phone bill. They did not provide any service or product. It seems that this is their common practice they make a phone call and then sneak charges through the local phone company. If customers don't check their phone bill in detail they end up paying it.
