webroot.com prebilling unauthorized renewal Internet
After filling out Webroot's form to NOT be automatically billed, They billed me anyway. I had the hassle of filing a Despute and then trying to fill out webroots request for an on-line refund. Finally had to call them. Wasted at least an hour on them. Their products is good but I will not do business with them because of their pre auto billing and the problems with having to stop it. Screw them, their competitors will be my next purchase.
