Webroot Inc. Unauthorized charge of annual subscription Broomfield CO
I have purchased a single year license for WEBROOT ANTI-VIRUS. I have stopped using this software for more than six months because it is not suitable for my needs, and I cancelled the subscription.
By the renewal date (March 13th) I was charged USD85 for an annual subscription. I have sent e-mails to their customer support e-mail requesting for a refund, but they don't even answer.
