Complaint Review: websandstores.com

Bob Burch of Websandstores.com is a complete fraud and scam artist.  He took money from me to build a website, e commerce platform and database.  He promised me all of these things before I sent him money and since he got his money he has not completed the work.

I was promised a refund and he has since vanished  and his phone has a message that the voice mailbox is full.  I am sure with other happy customers.  I know of two other people that have been ripped off by Bob Burch and Rosanne Pace and hopefully we can stop these crooks before the take advantage of anybody else.
