I paid $29.00 to have my hosting package with them renewed and it's been two days my website is still not up in running my clients are going nuts like what happened to the site. I contacted webscribble a thousand times they always tell me the product is discontinued but we will forward your request to our support team and the support team is short of staff they told me it's only one person working for the support team that is insanity but I contacted my bank TD bank and the transaction was disputed the further legal actions against this company must take place one day if your not supporting people on the product your issuing at least put a message on the website saying hey once you buy our products no support or money back your on your own. I repeat this company is fraud and I will contact the irs about it I assume their not paying their taxes either
