Complaint Review: Webserve Canada USA Australia

About 12 months ago I received a cold call from these people at Web Serve Australia formally called W Serve
They also trade under Web Serve Canada  Web Serve USA

They are not in Sydney Australia as represented in their Website or the others.

This company has a office front only in                                                                           
15/4 Mahony Road
Constitution Hill Sydney NSW 2145..                                                
They are in Kathmandu Nepal. 

That is not a problem if they are reputable. But if you speak to them they insist that  they are in Australia.
I bet when ypu ring them from the US or Canada they will say they are in either.

These greedy people spoil business opportunities for legitimate hard working people in Nepal.

And the reputation of Nepalese people in general.

I did my research and W Serve / Web serve Australia ,  seemed to be okay.   I contacted them and engaged them to build my site.  Sent them a Deposit,   The price was good and no middle men. It was a huge site.

They guaranteed to have it completed in 3 months,  After about  3 months and over $5000,000, things went from really good to really bad , the staff started changing , Three times in fact, I had to start all over again.

The company had some falling out with partners and they changed their name from Wserve Australia to Web Serve Australia, it took weeks and weeks to change grammatical errors, 

The really good people I dealt with, left  the company,  I had to start all over again , and then that rep left the company as well.
                                   
All the good developers and programmers had resigned from  the company.

Then I got assigned a compulsive liar called David whose real name is  Prajwal Khadka  who jerked me around for months and months,  David made promise after promise .

David  had no Idea how an Auction would run, He would pretend that he understood .   David would say features had
been completed, so I would go and check to see what has been done, As per usual nothing had been done. 

David would ask for a list of faults, in numbered order,  so I would number each fault with a picture and a link to a site with the same function. Making it so a 5 year old could follow it.  Then a few days later as per usual nothing had been done.
I would ask him why, Then David  would ask me for a list again, with numbered faults, Is this guy for real ?

I would bite my tongue! and ask him if he had read my email,  He would reply yes!!   So I would email the list of corrections again and again.

After more days I would call David  and finally I would get a link or one protocol done, out of a list of 10 faults,

So the process starts all over again!!  Wasting my time!

More months would pass by, More lies.

Then I find out that more of their programmers have resigned from the Company.                        
One of the guys who resigned from the company stayed in touch with me and told me the story.   I rang other people who had sites started by Webserve Australia, they all said they were sick of the incompetence and finally gave up and had their site made by a different company,  because if they waited for Web Serve Australia to finish they would of went bankrupt in the meantime. 

They all received no refund, let alone their uncompleted files which they paid for.

I found out the name  of the CEO   Thupten Bajrachary"  His Email address is thupten@webserveaustralia.com.au

I sent him an email explaining what has happened and requested my files as I had paid over 90% for the site.  And I couldnt carry on like this.

Thupten rang me apologised profusely.

And gave me his word that the site would be finished in three weeks and he would oversee the completion of my site and CC him in on every email  that I send to David.

Thupten the CEO told me to call or email him if there was any problem .

He also promised me that I could have my files the following Monday.  I felt better.

So for three weeks I liaised with David for hours at a time discussing the last twelve features of the site, This went on for three weeks.

Absolutely nothing had been done, bar a few grammatical errors? Then I find out that David was  just stringing me along as they did absolutely nothing !! Still no files just excuses!!  

So I used my back up and emailed Thupten the CEO, expecting a prompt response, I emailed The Ceo Thupten several times  days passed by still no reply, I phoned and phoned.

The girl on the phone called Anna would tell me every day that Thupten was away or in a meeting, sometimes within hours I would get a different girl answering the phone and she would tell me a different story.
They couldn't even get their stories straight!!   

They all said they would personally leave my urgent message and not to worry. More Lies!

This Thupten who is in charge of this Company doesnt care about his customers or business.        
In the interim I am listening to all the lies and excuses from the rep David, why the site hasn't been finished.

Then David has the face to complain to me about me contacting the CEO,  That I am jeopardising his career !! 

Then  David  tells me that it would take another 1 month to complete the site!! 

In the end nearly six weeks later from the last promise of completion,  I finally convinced them to hand over my files which I paid for.     

Thank god I thought, 

Only to find that the files are incomplete and now will take more time and money to repair.              
I have them now and they are in a total mess.

I have been informed by the new Web developers that the files have been messed with on purpose. And it will take more than a week to get the site ready before the rest of the completion can be commenced. 

These people at this wretched Web Serve Australia company have cost me over $100.000.00 in lost revenue and has damaged my reputation and my business.  

I still havent heard from the CEO Thupten Bajracharya  to date.

This man and his Company needs to be made accountable, he is a smart arse!

There are many good people and reputable Web developers in Nepal who will have their opportunities severely damaged in Australia and elsewhere.

Because of these unscrupulous scammers.

Do Not do business with these time wasters

Take note of these tips below and you will avoid GRIEF!!

1, Pay only a small deposit and before any progress payments upload your latest  files from them.  You never know they could disappear or go broke or burn down, where does that leave you at least if you have your files you can complete your site elsewhere , or if you are not happy you can fire them

2. Make sure you have a contract in writing with penalties

3. Ask them for a list of sites they have completed  and ring those people and  ask them for a reference.

4. Make sure you get in writing a ball park price  for more features so they don't  bleed you dry.

5. Make sure they are developing their own software so you own it . If it is licensed you will be hit with big fees or a notice to desist.
Or even get sued.

6. Email me and I will give you a direct contact for good honest web developer who will make you a mad site with no grief. These are the guys who fixed my disaster up.  Good people who deserve the work. lubbs@bigpond.com.au Talk to someone who has a big site , who has gone through the development of their site , Not some wanker who is trying to sell you his services

7. Make sure your site has the proper admin features so you can self mange your site. It is really easy to Admin a site.  If you dont. 
you will be at their mercy to make simple changes and uploads.  CMS

In other word they will charge and charge you dont let some GEEK waffle you with tech talk.

8, And Last of all Choose in advance who will host ypur site if it isn't the Web Developers Get your host to creat a dummy www. address for your site on their server so when you go live there are no bugs in the transition When you change servers sometimes files get jumbled and it causes drama's , if it is already on the Host server ypu will avoid this problem.



If you follow these simple steps you will have a profitable E commerce site in no time
