This was my very first web host and they were fine in the beginning. Then things changed. The toll free number was no longer around, it had switched to a direct dial long distance number. They have a sales call line that nobody EVER answers and is a mailbox that is stating that it is full all the time. (a few months now) The direct service lne is always busy. (off the hook) Out of possibly 30 emails, I have received ONE call back on their service. And that call assured me that my now missing web page would be restored from a backup that same day. I am writing this report now 4 days later with no results or contact.

They also have 24 hour ICQ technical support that is never online and no responses.

Recently, they shut off telnet (which I do need) and then opted for SSH telenet, which I do use. But my program did not work. The link they provided for a telnet program did not work and as far as I know, there is zero telnet acces as promised by them.

I have a prepaid period of three months and they are basically stealing this money from me for services not rendered. Especially since it is their reason that I no longer have a web page or any emails that were through that web page. Including about 15 other emails that are used as main emails on my web page members.

Do not use this company for hosting. And if any company drops an 800 number, that I would take as a sign to leave ASAP.
