This company was a company I used a while back for web hosting. When I say a while back, I mean like 2009. I have long since cancelled my account with them and haven't thought much about them until today when I noticed a $49.90 debit on my bank account. I have not visited their site, or renewed my website. I tried to call the help number, but each time I called it put me on hold, and eventually just hangs up on you.
The help center is supposed to be open 9-5, M-F, however they aren't there or are simply not answering their phone. I wasn't super happy with them when I was using them to build my website, but now I feel like they are stealing from me. I have contacted my bank, and will try to have the 'pending' charge reversed, but I have to wait until it posts to file a fraud charge against them with my bank.
In the meantime, I did a little research. This company has two complaints against them for similar credi card fraud. I also saw another under the name Citymax Websitedynamics. I'm going to send them a form email and see if I get a refund that way too, but beware.
