First of all I would like to start off by saying to all the WebSmart employees that are now without a job, what a bunch of wining cry babies. In this day and age in the telemarketing industry you all new that when you got the job that it could be stable or it could be unstable work.

Nobody can tell the future and you should not condemn John, Bob, Buz or Dino and anyone else in the top of the chain of WebSmart for trying to do their job and bring jobs into the communities. Talk about what religion people are and how evil and mean they are for leaving you jobless when the rent is due, families to feed, and roofs over your head to pay for. When am I going to get paid? Get real!!!

Talk about working for free and not getting paid. What a bunch of crybabies. Wah Wah Whah! You all new that when you first signed up for the job that your career at WebSmart was not set in stone. None ones is in any company.

You have a lot of nerve writing in this report and talking negative about WebSmart.
We all make bad mistakes in life. Just because WebSmart chose the wrong clients and got shafted by another company does not mean WebSmart should take the full blame.

Use your head when you write a report and stop acting like wining spoiled children.
Lucky you werent on the Titanic. At least John, Bob, Buz, and Dino are going down with the ship when all the passengers are precariously running around like chickens with there heads cut off wondering whats happening.

Take each day as it comes and be thankful you had a job. Some people have been jobless for a long time now. Did you ever think, care, or wonder about them? I dont think so!

All you care about is number one, yourself and then when it happens to you now all of sudden the whole world has to stop and feel your pain, anger, and concern about how you were wronged. Well Im not going to buy that!

Be an adult and take it like an adult! Have a little compassion, dignity, and respect for the men and women who ran WebSmart. They are also jobless like you.

Pick up the pieces, move on, and quit crying. Collect your job insurance, go out and get another job, and quit crying like a bunch of wining cry babies.

FYI, I am not defending the actions of the owners and the choices they made. Because like you, Ramsey, i too have bills to pay, rent, daycare, car payment, i too needed money to buy groceries. All that i am saying to all the people that continue to come up here and bash the owners is, many people live paycheck to paycheck, but you being in the telemarketing industry and having worked for DirecTel and almost getting laid off once before, common sense would tell you, that this might happen again and i better have a back up plan just in case it does. That is point. People bounce back and you are absolutely right, we are entitled to our paychecks and vacation pay owed to us, but do you honestly think by bashing the owners and their families that that is going to help you get your paycheck any faster, i highly doubt it.

My family has been in the business of "Small Business" all my life, and i have seen the ups and downs all my life and i know that people bounce back and life goes on. Not once has anyone ever said about my family, they are catholic how can they do this to people and call themselves catholics. Well several diffrent religious creeds run many different business and things happen all the time when you run a business, especially a business that depends on the payments of others to survive.

So Ramsey before i keep on, my point is, i am not defending the decesions of WebSmart management, however, i am defending the fact, that neither Buzz, Dino, John, or Bob deserve to have their families business put up on a website because you and others find nothing better to do with your time than research where these people live, work and spend recreational time. I call that stalking, wasting time and it certainly won't get you your paycheck or my paycheck any faster. If you really want some actions taken or want to speak your mind, why don't you all get some balls and use the WebSmart Email link provided to you and let them know how you feel, instead of coming on this website and pointlessly "bi@!#" about how you got screwed.
No one on this website can help you get your paycheck either.

When people go into business they usually put away for a rainy day. Not all people are as fortunate as you to have put money away for a rainy day. Congratulations! Some are single parents, some are going to university, some have a family and are trying to make a living. Again not everyone can put away for a rainy day. You defend these people? You Heidi, like John, Buzz, Bob, and Dino are obviously low in the gene pool. A lot of us have moved on, we still want we are entitled to our final paycheques and our holiday pay.

Okay, I have read enough on here to come to the conclusion that people are venting their frustrations through a website designed to report BAD BUSINESS'. WebSmart is not a bad business. The real issue is, the owners made a bad business decesion. I think the real issue here is the fact that no one could come face to face to tell these employees that they were no longer going to have a job and for now they will not be able to get their paychecks DUE TO THE FACT THAT a horrible business, by the name of Global Financial, was unable to pay them over $400,00.

Money does not make the world go around people and you are preaching to these guys to put away money for a rainy day, what about you? Where was your rent money, car payment, grocery money etc, that you set aside JUST IN CASE OF A RAINY DAY?? Hmmmm....

I am not here to tell you that it makes it right that we did not get paid, but guess what, in case you can't see it all around you, times are tough. EVERYWHERE!!!! Not just in Minot,ND and not just for WebSmart employees.

So I say to you, get over it. Collect your unemployment check, be thankful for that money and go on with your life. Maybe one day you will get your money from WebSmart and if not, oh well, you should've saved your money for a rainy day!!!!

Did it ever occur to John, Buzz and Bob to put away money for a rainy day? Stop defending these guys. They will be just fine. We are sharing information so this doesn't happen again. John, Buzz, and Bob should never be granted another business license ever again. From what we understand John's son is also low on the gene pool so the same should apply for him too. We got ripped off, many couldn't pay their rent, some have children to feed, others have car payments, the list goes on. While we are looking for work its only fair other people know just how lousy and stupid John, Buzz, and Bob are. Thanks to all those in the U.S. for remaining to put pressure on those responsible continue to do so. We will do the same. (over 230 in Saskatoon lost their jobs)
