I am so frustrated with this company- if it is a legit company that words cannot describe how I feel. Basically, I made a purchase from Websquash because of their unbelievable prices. My grandfather always told me you get what you pay for- cheap things end up expensive in the long run. He was so right. I have the worst experience with this company. First of all they advertise all of these services under a great package price- you buy the package. You wait....you wait....and you wait some more. One week went by and all I received was an acknowledgement of my order. It took several- (several is putting it mildly) emails to get status on my order. There is no physical address- the "technical department" does not answer your email. The only person "Kristin" that answered my emails kept giving me round around information. To make this report short- it has been over a month and I haven't even received half of the services I paid. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had, not to mention the disappointment, aggravation, time and money spent for nothing. I feel like I have been scammed.

Hello mam, I never mentioned a file,websquash sent me an E-mail,with a list not a file a plain text list,if you want to call it a file then fine,but other than my personal info,i would be happy to give the e-mail back in public with your company's info. Then you could deny it, but wait you can't because it's the correct I.P. address.

Hello, I was emailed several times by Websquash about submitting my website,so I did what no else has done. I suspected they were making false advertisements,so with the list of proposed websites they claim to submit your website to, I have spent over a week,10-12 hours a day physically typing in each one and viewing them. Over half either  were parked domains,or in one case a pornography site,and in addition to that and many other weird websites, there was the CIA,or it's equivalent,and many were mirror websites. I am so mad and disgusted and don't know who to tell,they should be banned and sued and crimal charges should be brought against them, I have the proof,and I have saved the original list,and I am still going thru it. Something should be done about this.

 I had to send you and "your technical support"  (which never responded to any of my tickets) countless emails- weeks
went by and I was at your mercy for you to provide the services I had paid for! You know very well you haven't provided everything in the plan that was outlined. You didn't complete the promised submissions- you provided a credit for advertising that is somewhere in cyber space....you didn't include the suggested keywords, etc.  I can go on and on. Perhaps you would like me to post all of the emails I sent you to refresh your memory? Not once did you apologize for the incomplete
unprofessional mess that you provided and you claim that you received "bounced email" meanwhile you have no problem receiving and responding to my email now?

 Furthermore, as you recall you personally asked me in an email- which I can forward that you needed me to provide another email address. All of the emails you received referenced the invoice numbers and our previous conversations- so I'm not sure how this would cause confusion? Instead of looking for excuses and sending me email to remove and delete my comments- why don't you try completing my paid order and admit that this order was not handled properly- perhaps then we can move on.

We already completed your service and we got an email from you stating the same. The last email we got from you requested the pay per click credit which we already provided and emailed you days back. Infact we received an email from you stating that you got everything. 

We told you so many times that your reply email address mnunez333175@yahoo.com is bouncing back. You communicated with us through 2 different emails which were lamodademiami@aol.com and 
mnunez33175@yahoo.com.

We emailed the services initially on the lamoda..email as you used that while ordering. 

I am surprised to know that after we got a confirmation email from you that you received the service you are still saying you didnt receive it. The last email I received from you said " Are you open on Sundays" ?

If there is anything that you think you have not received even after this, do let me know and I will resend it on both your email address.

AS I SAID..WE WILL MAKE SURE THAT OUR CLIENTS ARE 100% SATISFIED.

Dear Krish,

You shouldn't have to check your records- just your recent emails that you have failed to follow through. I am very sure you do not have a 100% customer satisfaction doing business they way you are operating. Websquash seems to have a problem backing up what they claim.
If you do a google search you will see I am not the only one that  has had a problem with your company. You might want to start practicing honest, ethical services to your clients if you really want to reach a 100% customer satisfaction reputation.
You stated for me to send my order Id and you was going to personally check into the issue and make sure that I don't worry about anything yet you are the same person I have been dealing with and you have yet to resolve my issues. Check your emails "Lisa"/Krish.
