I ordered 3 tables and 2 were received damaged. They won't refund or send me new tables. They are telling me because we signed for the UPS driver that we are responsible for the damage. They are going to file a claim with UPS and told me to expect a 30% refund in 6-8 weeks. They say I am responsible for the damage because I didn't open the large boxes and inspect them before signing for them. I have never had a UPS driver wait around while I open my package before I sign for it. 

I will be contacting the credit card company and disputing the charges. I can't believe the terrible service. This place isn't Amazon.  BEWARE!  I have almost $500 tied up in these tables.
